Wi-Fi was nearly unusable, making it tough to stay connected. One of the major letdowns included the lack of clean towels. during my stay, I had to make multiple requests for them. The staff seemed overwhelmed, as I had to wait longer than expected for assistance. Overall, the location and some room amenities were positives, but the safety concerns and service issues might prevent me from returning again.
